This website is an ongoing project, so we are continually adding new and updated information about the Iya Valley and Oboke areas.
Please understand that IyaTime.com
is a non-commercial website that is produced voluntarily by the Iya Valley Tourism Association,
and our collection of local staff have essentially zero budget and only limited production capability. Sadly, both the Miyoshi City Municipal Government
and the Tokushima Prefectural Government
feel this website and our efforts for informative outreach to foreign visitors as being unnecessary, and have therefore decided to provide no funding or other support resources, even though we have repeatedly asked.
But for now, please enjoy and utilize what we have produced so far, and above all, we hope you have a safe and pleasant visit to the Iya Valley!
